NYS law regarding self defense.

https://www.nysenate.gov/legislation/laws/PEN/35.15

Not at all clear how this plays out if someone gets in your face and cries “death to Israel” or “fuck you dirty Jew”! When I was 14 a kid called me a “dirty Jew” and I cracked him hard in the face and he ran off. He never bothered me again but had he hit the cement and cracked his head open, I may have spent time in juvie.

It is always a tough call waiting too long can be deadly and moving too fast can lead to all sorts of legal trouble.

A NYC cop who spcializes in self defense training said, “there are a lot of dead polite people”.

Practice Krav Maga, practice striking fast and hard with no inhibition. It does not have to be perfect, most fights last seconds not minutes. Always know your path of retreat away from danger if your defense gives you that luxury. Carry pepper spray, carry a very loud air horn, carry a very powerful flashlight that has a strobe. Get a very loyal and very well trained dog, 65-85 to pounds. You would be amazed at the effect four paws have on people with bad intentions.

"As longtime readers know, I’ve spent years denouncing America’s establishment Jewish organizations as cowardly, ineffective, decadent, privileged, and wholly unable or unwilling to fight antisemitism effectively."

But... Please tell us how you really feel, Benjamin. Kidding aside, this is so overdue. (hopefully)

More than overdue.

I am naively sad to wonder why existing Jewish groups, the ones you describe, wouldn't all join together under such an umbrella. But I've seen and always despair to see Jews pick on each other instead of our common and very dangerous enemy. Thanks for pointing us to the article - I will live in hope (as is our way) and action (as is also, when forced to).

I agree with you fully, and thank you for writing this long-needed report and advocacy.

But I wonder if you're mistaken about Thatcher's success with UK universities. It's not a topic I've delved into in any detail, but I've read over the past few years about UK commienazis and hamasnazis having their way now as successful cultural and intellectual destroyers in British higher ed (and culture, even against Great Shakespeare as well as Churchill and statues of Nelson).

Please advise if you have a moment. Thanks again.

Sorry, I was referring to a "Thatcherite" solution in general terms of a top to bottom remaking of the established order. Thatcher did it with the UK economy, not (unfortunately) the British university system. Apologies if I was unclear on that point.
